We have come up with the idea of Blubake in 2016 Fall. We are coffee lovers as well as dessert lovers and we were in search of Cafes baking and making their own signature deserts serving them with great tasting coffee and tea.

 

We could not find any in Istanbul, so we told ourselves why not us? This is how the idea came up. First and foremost we have gathered up a great team of Cheffs, Baristas and Art Designer.

 

In order to make our menu, we have passionately baked, cooked, tasted for the last 6 months. You can see our menu below. Our menu will be changing seasonably and we do promise to use the freshest and best ingredients . For us QUALITY is priority number one. We will only use Belgian Chocolate & Cocoa for our chocolaty desserts and only 100% pure butter for all pastries and desserts.

 

We will use the best coffee beans for our signature coffee.

BluBake’in tohumları 2016’nın Sonbahar aylarında kahve ve tatlı hayranları tarafından atıldı.
